I need to finish this course so I can turn in a certificate to San Francisco

I signed up for your course online yesterday and was taking the course ok but now it says my quiz is disabled. It won't allow me to take the quiz. I need to finish this course so I can turn in a certificate to San Francisco. You’re welcome to call me please at 805-***-**** I'm glad to hear from someone soon thank you.
