What info do I need to sign up for traffic school?

I cannot find my ticket but I did manage to get the number of the ticket from the police department. Do I need more info than that?

I have a traffic ticket from Los Angeles County. I'm in the process of trying to sign up for your online traffic school so my insurance doesn't go up. I cannot find my ticket but I did manage to get the number of the ticket from the police department. What other information do you need so that you can contact the court after I finish your online course?
