There are a couple of items that need to be addressed concerning your traffic school case.

We looked up your case and the court has the following note for your case:
ALREADY CREDITED/MUST CONTACT DMV LIASON TO REMOVE POINT ON RECORD.

That note above explains that you, as a commercial driver license holder, need to complete an additional step to complete the traffic school process. Per our website, here is the additional step CDL drivers need to take to complete the traffic school process:

If you hold a Commercial Driver License, you may be eligible to take traffic school if you were ticketed in a non-commercial vehicle. However, once your traffic school certificate of completion has been fully processed by the court with the DMV, you will need to contact the DMV Driver Safety Unit at (916) 657-6452 in order to have the point cleared from your driving record. Also, the driver/student must call the DSU for clearance. Someone else cannot call on your behalf.

Once you contact DMV drivers safety unit, they can proceed to remove point of your record. Per state regulation, we are not allowed to call on your behalf, the student (you) must call the Driver Safety Unit directly.
