Traffic School Groupon with Rush Delivery and Audio

I purchased a Groupon and it included Rush delivery and Audio Read along however, when I logged in apparently I do not have access to these features?

I needed to sign up for a traffic school course to satisfy a traffic ticket I got in San Diego County. I found online that you offer a traffic school course on Groupon so I went ahead and purchased it. The Groupon said it included Rush delivery and Audio Read-long, however when I logged in apparently I do not have these options. How do I get these options added as it was part of my Groupon?
