Can you please resubmit my certificate because I forgot to pay the traffic school administrative fee to the LA County Court?

Hello- I received a traffic ticket in Los Angeles County and paid the fine with the Metropolitan court. I signed up and completed your traffic school last year but it didn't go through because I forgot to pay the traffic school administrative fee with the court. I have now payed the fee and I am now requesting for you guys to resubmit the traffic school completion certificate to the Metropolitan Courthouse. Here are the details :
