Has my traffic school case been closed with the court? I haven't received my notice of dismissal yet.

Hello,

My ticket I received is from San Bernardino County. When I registered there was a few additional options you can purchase and I chose the dismissal verification. I wanted to know when my ticket was cleared with the Fontana Valley courthouse. It's been almost a year and I haven't heard anything back. Can you please let me know the status?
