Need to attend a traffic school class to clear a traffic ticket in California but have OFM license

I have a special driving license issued by the Office for Foreign Mission US Department of State, but need to take the CA trafficschool course.

I am an Italian citizen and have a specific driving license issued by the OFM Office for Foreign Mission US Department of State. So, I can't indicate any State License information in your registration form, it is not a Non US License but there is not an appropriate State for it: maybe Washington DC? I need to attend a traffic school class to clear a traffic ticket in California - Los Angeles County - Beverly Hills Court. Could you tell me how to solve the problem?
Furthermore, if I desire to have other services (for example a confirmation email that you sent the completion of the course to the Court) which is the cost of that service? Thank you.

If there is no state assigned to you by the OFM, then please select Washington DC for your license state on the registration page.
We do offer additional services for an extra fee, but they are all completely optional. Further details will be provided on our website before you pay. The course fee includes the California DMV-licensed traffic school program and electronic reporting of your certificate within 3 business days of completion, as required by the DMV. You will also receive an email confirmation for your records.
