I thought if I did traffic school my insurance wouldn't increase? Please let know what I can do.

I completed your online traffic course for Moreno Valley court in February. I was wondering if it got thru to the court ok. My insurance went up really high and has not gone down one bit yet. I thought if I did traffic school my insurance wouldn't increase? Please let know what I can do. Thanks!
