Having trouble logging in I enter my email and drivers licence and still doesn't allow me in.
Hello,
I'm having trouble logging in I enter my email and drivers license number but still doesn't allow me in. I hit the forgot password on the website and that didn't help either. I need to get this done as the Porterville courthouse in Tulare county gave me a due date that is approaching soon. Please help!
