My certificate is due to the court tomorrow, want to make sure it gets there on time!

Hi,

I have a traffic violation from Orange County California. The court approved me for traffic school after paying the ticket and gave me a due date. My certificate is due to the court tomorrow. My question is if I complete my course tonight or tomorrow by 3pm (PST) and I upgrade to rush processing will this be processed by tomorrow? Please help!
