How do I redeem a traffic school groupon?

Trying to register but I don't know how I redeem the Groupon voucher.
Hello,
I found that you offered a traffic school course on Groupon so I purchased it since I have a traffic ticket from Santa Clara County that I need to take care of. I'm trying to register but I don't know how I redeem the Groupon voucher? I don't see anything on the website that gives me the option to enter it?

If you have already enrolled, then please provide us with your Groupon voucher code, driver's license number, and email address so we can apply the voucher to your account.
If you have not enrolled yet, then please refer to your Groupon paperwork for the registration link they provided. You will be able to enter your voucher information through this link.
