I initially signed up with a Firefox browser and now using Safari. I am unable to successfully sign in with my correct email and password.

I have to take this school for a traffic ticket that I received in Fresno County. I initially signed up with a Firefox browser but now I'm using Safari. I'm unable to successfully sign in with my correct email and password. It says that the information does not match our records. Can you help?


**UPDATE**
Oh wow! No wonder I can't log in the license number is incorrect. The correct driver license is A******* my mistake. Please update. Thank you for reaching out.
