I already paid for the course but now it says to make another payment, is that right?
Hi,
I'm signed up with your online course and already paid for the final exam but it's still asking me to pay again. I have a screenshot that my course payment was successful. I need to finish my course for the Metropolitan Courthouse in Los Angeles as the due date is coming up. Please advise?

Our system shows you registered and paid with your license number as Y*******. You also registered a second time and created a new account with a different driver's license number as Y******* which is why our system is asking for payment.
