  4. You have gone to traffic school in Corona or anywhere in California for a citation issued within the last year and a half (18 months) from the violation date of your new ticket.
  5. Your citation is not for a moving violation or carries a misdemeanor charge that requires a mandated appearance in traffic or criminal court.
  6. If your case involves a failure to appear and you have outstanding fine payments due.
  7. Your traffic citation is for CA Vehicle Code sections 22406.5 or 21655.5
  8. Your citation carries a point count of more than a single point under VCS12810 or more than one a half points under VCS 12810.

Completing Your Traffic School On Time in Corona

Failing to finish your traffic school by the court deadline will result in a forfeiture of any fees already paid to the court, state, and traffic school provider. Also, a conviction will be reported to the DMV and count against your driving record. There will be no further proceedings in your case.
